Wildlife Photographer of the Year returns with a brand new selection of 100 of the most stunning images from around the world. It is open at the Royal BC Museum until April 2nd, 2018.

Dance | Dancers Of Damelahamid

Dancers of the Damelahamid has helped preserve the Gitxsan peoples’ traditional songs and dances. See this performance at McPherson Playhouse this weekend on Friday, January 19th, 2018.

Food | Butchart Gardens Dine Around Special Event

Discover local Vancouver Island dishes at this exciting dinner event. It takes place this weekend on Friday, January 19th and Saturday, January 20th, 2018.

Saturday, January 20

Tour | Wentworth Villa Tour

Learn about the process and procedures that were behind the villa’s restoration. Tours will be held on every Saturday of each month. Admission is by donation.

Show | Golden Age of AM Radio – Dinner Show

The evening begins with a cocktail reception and glass of sparkling before the doors open, once inside you will be seated for beautiful three course, plated dinner in our elegant David Foster Foundation Theatre. Following dinner, the lights will dim and show will begin. Tickets are $99.

Children | Museum Tots

Children ages 2-5 get to learn about the exciting world of museum learning. Parents can bring their children to learn a new theme every week. This weekend’s event takes place Saturday, January 20th at The Maritime Museum of BC from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Tour | Historic House Tour

Go back in time every Saturday at the Ross Bay Villa Historic House Museum. Admission is $5.

Performance | “The Prisoner of Second Avenue”

“The Prisoner of Second Avenue”, starring Cam Culham and Christine Upright, plays at Congregation Emanu-El Synagogue until January 28th, 2018. Tickets are $20.

Music | Live Music Night At The O Cafe and Bistro

Join the O Cafe and Bistro every Wednesday and Sunday night for live music. Admission is free.
