Tours | Lantern Tour at Fort Rodd Hill

See the gun batteries by lantern light and eavesdrop on re-enactors in uniform going about the daily activities of garrison life.

Guided tours leave every 15 minutes from 7:15 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. Admission is $13.90 per person.

Music | African Drumming Week

This is your chance to learn from one of the world’s best multi-instrumentalist! You’ll learn the history and power of the “djembe” drum, balafon (African xylophone), and much more!

Apples | Salt Spring Island Apple Festival

The festival will feature, apple tastings, farm tours, educational information on apple growing, apple art, and much more! Admission starts at $5.

Cider | Cider Harvest Festival at Merridale

Come celebrate the fall harvest and discover BC’s world-class farm-crafted ciders and meet their makers! This is a 19+ event.

Cider | Sea Cider Apple Day

Guests are invited to explore the orchard and learn about cider making, with guided tours hosted by owner Kristen Needham. There will be live music, a scavenger hunt, and much more! Admission is free.

Market | Bastion Square Public Markets

The Bastion Square Public Markets is located in the heart of downtown Victoria. It’s open every Thursday and Sunday, featuring a mix of arts, crafts and imports, and entertainment.
