Exhibition | Maya: The Great Jaguar Rises

Visitors will discover a powerful culture that rose in the tropical rainforests of Guatemala thousands of years ago, and learn how science and belief shaped the Maya identity from ancient times to present day.

Beach | Parksville Beach Festival

Master Sand Sculptors travel from all corners of the globe to participate in this remarkable competition and exhibition in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada. Sculptors have 30 hours over four days to create their masterpieces from just sand and water.

Latina | Viva! Victoria Latin Fest

The Viva! Victoria Latin Fest will have live music, dance, food, cultural activities, and more. This free event takes place at Centennial Square from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Music | Club Havana

Experience Cuban culture at Club Havana at the Victoria Events Centre. The West Coast Cuban All Stars will interpret the music of legends like Miguel Matamoros, Arsenio Rodríguez, Felix Chapotin, and many more.

Music | Victoria Symphony Splash

The Victoria Symphony Splash in the Downtown Inner Harbour will feature a floating stage in the Inner Harbour and some amazing music. Admission is free.

Market | Bastion Square Public Markets

The Bastion Square Public Markets is located in the heart of downtown Victoria. It’s open every Thursday and Sunday, featuring a mix of arts, crafts and imports, and entertainment.
